If you would like to book us for your event and save your date,

Your contract should be filled out completely, signed
and sent with a $200 deposit to the address at
the bottom of the form.
Your Balance Will Be Due 2 weeks Before Your Event.
Methods of payment we accept:
We ONLY accept Personal Checks, Company Checks, Money Orders or Cash Payments!
We DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS!
You Will Then Have Plenty Of Time To Fill Out
Your Wedding/Event Planning Forms, Music Request List, etc.
Once You Have Booked Your Event, You Will Be Given A Client Login Password To Access All Your Tools You Need To Plan Your Event And Save Songs To Your Event Request List.
You Will Also Be Given A Group Name For Your Event So That Your Guests Can Add Requests To A Separate Guest Request List.
Just Send Them To Our Site And Have Them Click On The
GUEST REQUESTS Button and Login with The Group Name That Has Been Assigned For Your Event.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
All retainer fees (your deposit) are non-refundable. There is no further charge for cancellations made prior to 90 days before the date of your event. Payment of half (50-percent) of the full agreed upon total rate for your event is expected to be paid to us for cancellations occurring between 30 to 90 days before your event. Full payment of your agreed upon total rate is expected to be paid to us on any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your event date.
